East Asia Coalition

In 2016, labour NGOs from Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan formed the Clean Clothes Campaign East Asia Coalition (CCCEA) to strengthen cooperation within the region to work on various issues, including:

freedom of association,
labour rights and
occupational health and safety across countries.

The East Asia Coalition:

monitors transnational companies originating in East Asian countries,
supports supply chain justice cases, and
is now working with regional allies to improve business and human rights policies.
